21.5 Late Model - available to all racers:

Late Model - 1:    Chassis:  Any commercially available 1/10th scale direct drive pan car chassis is eligible, must maintain the original manufacturers main chassis plate.                                     

Late Model - 1a:  Aftermarket bumpers are permitted but must not protrude outside of the body.

Late Model - 1b:  Maximum width = 9.875”, Minimum width = 7.25”, Maximum length = 20”, Maximum wheel base = 11”, Minimum wheel base = 9”, Ride Height (Bottom chassis) = 4mm minimum.

Late Model - 1c:  Weight of the car race ready – including transponder (personal or track supplied) must be 36 ounce minimum.

Late Model - 2:    Bodies:  Bodies must be readily available DIRT Late Model Body such as those from McAllister, RJ Speed or locally made HoverCrafts.

Late Model - 2a:  Bodies must be realistically trimmed – wheel wells must be cut out with 100% of the tire visible.

Late Model - 2b:  Bodies must be realistically painted:  Windows must be transparent.

Late Model - 2c:  Rear spoilers are permitted with maximum height of 2” from top of rear deck.

Late Model - 2d:  NO SIDE DAMS ARE PERMITTED.

Late Model - 2e:  The Hooter Chassis Outlaw Tour sticker must be place on the rear window area of the body.

Late Model - 3:   Batteries:  4000 SMC – 25c – 1 cell

Late Model - 3a:  Properly connected receiver packs are allowed, meaning those that are connected in such a way that no voltage is fed to the motor from the receiver pack. See additional ESC notes in General Rules GT-4.

Late Model - 4:   Motors:  Any ROAR approved sensored 21.5 Motor/Rotor Combination. Lightened/Machined end bells are permitted in this class as long as they are OEM per TOUR rules. The Trinity D3.5 Motors will remain legal in this class for the entire 2014/2015 season.

Late Model - 5:   ESC: Any ROAR Sportsman ESC with a MAP price of less than $250. The Tekin RS series will require v2.23 Software.  See additional ESC notes in General Rules GT-4.

Late Model - 6:   Tires:  Spec Foam tires such as manufactured by Trinity, BSR or TM,  RC for Less or GQ – any color compound allowed including World GT.  Must have spec color ring.  Wheel diameter – min. = 1 5/8”, max. = 2”; Tire width – min. = Ύ”, max. = 2”

17.5 Super Truck:

Super Truck -1   Chassis:  Any commercially available 1/10th scale direct drive pan car chassis is eligible, must maintain the original manufacturer’s main chassis plate.

Super Truck -1a   Aftermarket bumpers are permitted but must not protrude outside of the body.

Super Truck -1b   Maximum width = 9.875:, Minimum Width = 7.25”, Maximum length = 20”, Maximum Wheel Base = 11”, Minimum Wheel Base = 9”,  Ride Height (bottom chassis) = 4mm minimum including button head screws.

Super Truck -1c   Weight of the car race ready – including transponder (personal or track supplied) Must be 36 oz. minimum

Super Truck -2    Bodies:  Bodies must be NASCAR truck style, Refer to TOUR rules for approved list.

Super Truck -2a   Bodies must be realistically trimmed - wheel wells must be cut out with 100% of the tire visible.

Super Truck -2b   Bodies must be realistically painted, windows must remain transparent.

Super Truck -2c    Rear spoilers are permitted with maximum height of 2” from top of truck bed.  Rear of body cannot be removed.

Super Truck -2d   NO REAR WINGS ARE PERMITTED.

Super Truck -2e   The Hooter Chassis Outlaw Tour sticker must be place on the rear window area of the body.

Super Truck - 3     Batteries:  SMC 4000 - 25c – 1 Cell

Super Truck - 3a   properly connected receiver packs are allowed, meaning those that are connected in such a way that no voltage is fed to the motor from the receiver pack. See additional ESC notes in General Rules GT-4.

Super Truck - 4     Motors:  Any ROAR approved Sensored 17.5 Motor/Rotor Combination. Lightened/Machined end bells are permitted in this class as long as they are OEM per TOUR rules. The Trinity D3.5 Motors will remain legal in this class for the entire 2014/2015 season.

Super Truck - 5     ESC:  Any ROAR Sportsman ESC up to a $250 MAP Price Limit. The Tekin RS series will require a minimum v2.23 Software. See additional ESC notes in General Rules GT-4.

Super Truck - 6     Tires:  World GT Tires only from Trinity, BSR or TM,  RC for Less or GQ with the purple ring. The entry from JACO cannot be used.  Wheel diameter - min. = 1 5/7”, max = 2”.

13.5 Spec -2    Bodies:  Bodies must be the Protoform Gen3-D Body part number 1233-21 as well as the McAllister body part numbers #277(old mustang), #298 and #299

13.5 Spec -2a   Bodies must be realistically trimmed - wheel wells must be cut out with 100% of the tire visible. Bodies must be trimmed on the trim lines in the front splitter areas and as close as possible in all other areas.

13.5 Spec -2b   Bodies must be realistically painted, windows must remain transparent.

13.5 Spec -2c    Rear spoiler supplied with body must be installed and trimmed at trim line.

13.5 Spec -2d   NO REAR WINGS ARE PERMITTED.

13.5 Spec -2e   The Hooter Chassis Outlaw Tour sticker must be place on the rear window area of the body.

13.5 Spec - 3     Battery:  Any 1 cell LIPO ROAR approved by October 1, 2014.

13.5 Spec - 3a   Properly connected receiver packs are allowed, meaning those that are connected in such a way that no voltage is fed to the motor from the receiver pack. See additional ESC notes in General Rules GT-4.

13.5 Spec - 4     Motors:  Any ROAR approved sensored 13.5 Motor/Rotor Combination. Lightened/Machined end bells are permitted in this class as long as they are OEM per TOUR rules. The Trinity D3.5 Motors will remain legal in this class for the entire 2014/2015 season.

Outlaw EDM:

OLEDM - 1:   Chassis:  Any gearbox style chassis using 4 wheel independent suspension is legal - Buggy based conversions also are legal and may be altered to reverse gearboxes and offset batteries.  Transmission based and Direct Drive Cars are permitted. No straight axle cars.

OLEDM - 1a:   Wheelbase to be:  Minimum = 9”, Max. = 11.5” Maximum track width = 10.0” Chassis bottom height = Ό”

OLEDM – 1b:  Weight to be 50 oz. Minimum.

OLEDM - 2:  Motors With Open ESC - Any ROAR approved sensored 17.5 Motor/Rotor Combination. Lightened/Machined end bells are permitted in this class as long as they are OEM per TOUR rules. The Trinity D3.5 Motors will remain legal in this class for the entire 2014/2015 season.

OLEDM – 2a:  Motors With Blinky ESC - Any ROAR approved sensored 13.5 Motor/Rotor Combination. Lightened/Machined end bells are permitted in this class as long as they are OEM per TOUR rules. The Trinity D3.5 Motors will remain legal in this class for the entire 2014/2015 season.

OLEDM - 3:  ESC:  Any ESC/Software available to the racing public through normal distribution channels at least 30 days prior to the date of the event.

OLEDM - 4:   Tire and Wheels: Max wheel diameter: 2.0” Front tire and wheel width: Max 1.1” Rear tire and wheel width: Max 1.5”, Pan Car wheels are permitted but must be cut down to a Maximum width of 1.5”

OLEDM - 5:   Batteries:  Any 2C battery ROAR approved by October 1st, 2014.

OLEDM - 6:   Body:  EDM Style body See http://dirtoval.com/rules/2011%20EDM%20Dimensions.pdf for guidelines. Bodies from CCS, Kipps, CDKM and McAllister are all examples of allowable bodies/styles. If making your own the guidelines in the link above from DODC should be followed.

OLEDM - 6a:  Body to be realistically painted - windows to be transparent.  HCOT sticker must be place on rear deck area.

OLEDM - 6d:  No additional sail panels.

OLEDM – 6e:   Additional modified nerf bars and rear bumpers are permitted - side bars not to extend past tire.  Rear bumper should not extend out past the end of the body.

R/C Legends:

Legend - 1:   This HCOT Class will continue to be open to all racers during the 2014/2015 Season

Legend - 2:  This class will use the R/C Legend National Rule set found at http://www.rjspeed.com/rjspeed/2010rules.pdf with following exceptions, turn buckles may be used for steering links and we will be using the SMC 4000 1S Spec Pack, properly installed receiver packs are permitted. See Legend Rule 4 for tire exception.

Legend – 3: Motor is the Duratrax DTXC3301 per the R/C Legend National Rule Set.

Legend – 4: Tires: Any striped spec tire can be used.

Legend - 5:   The spirit of this class is to have fun, contact is expected. Many of the veteran drivers still have cars for newcomers to use at no cost, the only thing that is required is for a participant to show up at one of the race events and pay only the tracks race entry fee.
