2009-2010 21.5 2s LIPO Rules

21.5-1 Any 1/10th scale direct drive pan car chassis is eligible provided it follows any guidelines in the ROAR rules.

21.5-2 No bumpers will be allowed to protrude outside of the body of the car.

21.5-3 Weight of the car race ready including transponder (personal or track supplied) must be a minimum 38 ounces.

21.5-4 Max width = 9.875", Min Width = 7.25", Max length = 20", Max Wheel Base = 11", Min Wheel Base = 9", Ride Height (chassis bottom and body) = .1875" minimum (3/16")

21.5-5 Any stock car body is allowed & must be trimmed realistically and backs must be in place. Bodies must cover all 4 wheels (all wheels must be cut out 100% visible), windows must be Transparent. Hooter Chassis Outlaw Tour sticker placed in the rear window area.

21.5-6 Rear Wings ARE NOT PERMITTED - This is to keep the scale realism of the cars look

Rear Spoilers: may not be greater than .75" tall from the trunk lid.

21.5-7 MOTOR: Only the Sensored Novak 21.5SS Motor and Any Manufacturers Sensored ESC will be Legal for the Hooter Chassis Outlaw Tour.

21.5-8 BATTERY: 3200MAH 28c 2s SMC Hard Case will be the only allowable battery throughout the entire Hooter Chassis Outlaw Tour Series.

21.5-9 TIRES: Any commercially available foam tires only - no rubber tires.

Wheel Diameter - min = 1 5/8", max = 2" Tire Width - min = 3/4", max = 2"
