2009-2010 Single Cell 13.5 and 4 Cell Rules

4CS-1 Any 1/10th scale direct drive pan car chassis is eligible provided it follows any guidelines in the ROAR rules.

4CS-2 No bumpers will be allowed to protrude outside of the body of the car.

4CS-3 Weight of the car race ready including transponder (personal or track supplied) must be a minimum 36 ounces.

4CS-4 Max width = 9.875", Min Width = 7.25", Max length = 20", Max Wheel Base = 11", Min Wheel Base = 9", Ride Height (chassis bottom and body) = .1875" minimum (3/16")

4CS-5 Any stock car body is allowed & must be trimmed realistically (backs may be cut out to the trunk line not above). Bodies must cover all 4 wheels (all wheels must be cut out 100% visible), windows must be Transparent. Hooter Chassis Outlaw Tour sticker placed in the rear window area.

4CS-6 Rear Wings ARE NOT PERMITTED - This is to keep the scale realism of the cars look

Rear Spoilers: may not be greater than .75" tall from the trunk lid.

4CS-7 MOTORS Brushed: The ONLY Brushed Motors which will be Legal for the Hooter Chassis Outlaw Tour will be the Trinity Monster, Cobalt & X-Stock, Stock Motors. NO OTHER Motors will be permitted throughout the entire 2009 - 2010 Race Series regardless of any new ROAR legal qualifications. These are locked timing (tab must be present), 27 turn - 24 degree timing, rebuildable motors. NO BEARINGS PERMITTED

All end bell hardware must be stock & may not be altered in any way. (Spring posts may be swapped)

4CS-7 MOTORS Brushless: Any Sensored 13.5 Motor and ESC be Legal for the Hooter Chassis Outlaw Tour.

4CS-8 BATTERIES NiMH: 5000mahr capacity will be the max allowable throughout the entire Hooter Chassis Outlaw Tour Series regardless of any new ROAR legal qualifications. BATTERIES 13.5 Single Cell: 4000MAH 25c SMC capacity will be the only allowable battery throughout the entire Hooter Chassis Outlaw Tour Series.

4CS-9 TIRES: Any commercially available foam tires only - no rubber tires.

Wheel Diameter - min = 1 5/8", max = 2" Tire Width - min = 3/4", max = 2"
